Shipping policy

DOMESTIC USA SHIPPING - Your order will take 1-2 business days for handling, and we use FedEx DHL and USPS standard shipping (2-15 business days).

SECTION 1 - After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second e-mail with tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. 

 WORLD WIDE SHIPPING -  World Wide Shipping with USDRC is guaranteed to be delivered in 30 days. (45 days for orders shipped to Brazil and Mexico).

SECTION 1 - You are responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged when your parcel passes through Customs. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you have ordered from USDRC arrive in your country.

SECTION 2 - We advise you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from USDRC, can not give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country. If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to USDRC located in the United States.

SECTION 3 - Shipping insurance is included and offers premium protection and safety for your valuable item during shipping. We'll reship your package or fully refund you if it's reported lost or damaged.

SECTION 4 - The estimated shipping times displayed at USDRC refer to the estimated time that the shipment will take after an order has been shipped. USDRC is not responsible or held liable for the failures or delays in delivery resulting from any event, such as natural disaster, pandemic, bad weather, war, and any other event beyond our direct control, such as public holidays, customs issues.
